Biography
Zhang Dawei, the forerunner of Chinese electronic music. When he was young, he had been working for a big performance troupe "the Orient Music and Dance Group" as pianist, keyboardist, then composer and music director, before making the album "E Ma O".
Under the name "E Ma O", as the pianist/keyboardist/composer, Zhang Dawei explores modern dance music from the Western part of the world and elements from Tibetan music

The album was released in Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Taiwan, Hongkong and Mainland of China. Dawei is also a composer of TV and film scores and an Chinese award winning composer for Documentary film music.
